We understand there’s an element of guesswork when shopping online and also knowing your exact size when pregnant.
We want you to be 110% happy with your purchase so we've made it easy for you to get your order right with a simple returns process.
Here are some common questions answered.
Can I change or cancel my order?
That's okay. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to change or cancel your order. If your order has not been dispatched we will gladly assist with any changes or refund your purchase. No changes can be made for items that have been already been dispatched from our warehouse.
Can I return items from my order?
For Australian orders:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a 14 day exchange or refund period on full priced items, from the date you receive your order. Please refer to our Return Conditions below.
For International orders:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a 14 day refund only on full priced items, from the date you receive your order. You may then raise a new order for the item you prefer. Please refer to our Return Conditions below.

Will I have to pay the return shipping cost?
The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility but did you know, PayPal will refund return shipping costs on eligible purchases if you used it as your payment option at Checkout? Click here

For Australian orders, we will send one complimentary exchange to you. Any additional exchanges will be charged AU$9.95 for shipping and handling. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How long will it take to process my return?
Please allow 2 weeks for a return to be processed from the time you post it. We will however endeavour to process it as quickly as possible for you.
Can I return an item I purchased on promotion?
Items purchased online during a promotion (e.g. 20% off) are eligible to be returned for a refund at any time within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you would like an exchange (e.g. of size), you will need to process a new order. See return conditions below.
Can I return an item I purchased on final sale?
These items are marked "FINAL SALE" in the product name.
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on final sale items, unless faulty. By their nature, they are the last items in stock and will not necessarily be restocked for exchanges or future sale.
What if an item I receive is damaged?
All of our products are quality checked prior to dispatch. However, in the rare case you receive an item that is not quite prefect, please send a photo to Customer Service at email@example.com along with your preference of exchange or refund. We will cover the return postage cost if an item is faulty. However, if the issue is caused by a reason other than manufacturing or transit fault, the item will be returned to you after the cost of return shipping is covered.
Can I return a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are presented in Australian Dollars. Due to their nature, gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. Any purchases made with a gift voucher can not be refunded but are eligible for exchange under the terms of our Returns Policy. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
To be eligible for a change of mind return:
1. the item is in new condition – i.e. unworn, unused, unwashed and in original packaging, with tags.
2. the item is returned within 14 days of receipt
3. the item was purchased via www.amorandgrace.com
4. the item was not purchased on final sale
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Orders that no longer meet the minimum shipping spend after a change of mind return will incur a $9.95 fee for Australian orders or AU$35.00 for International orders, for the cost of shipping and handling the original order. This will be deducted from your refund. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Whilst we do everything we can to assist and make sure you're happy with your purchase, AMOR+GRACE reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.
- Please email our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org detailing your original order number, preference of exchange or refund (for Australian orders, International orders are eligible for refunds) and reason for return and we will review your request.
- If your return is approved you will be issued a Return Approval Number and Return Form from Customer Service email@example.com
- Complete the Return Form and include it with your return. We highly recommend using Registered Post for all return shipping, as we do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items in transit.
